Imagine sinking your teeth into a rich, chocolate cookie crust, topped with layers of smooth, creamy vanilla and strawberry ice cream. This Neapolitan dream doesn't stop there – it's crowned with decadent chocolate magic shell ✨, a generous pile of freshly whipped cream and a vibrant heap of fresh berries.

It's the perfect make-head dessert with only a wee 10-minute bake in the oven for the crust.

PS Make sure you keep your ice cream cake in the freezer unless you're preparing it or serving it. Otherwise, it will start to melt (see second photo down!). 🫠 It will, however, still taste delicious!
