Tall, effortless πŸ₯‚πŸ’…πŸ», crazy moist Double Chocolate Banana Muffins are just what your weekend needs!

These muffins are light, bouncy and easily come together in one bowl *and* are mixed + baked in under 40 minutes. They are LOADED with chocolate banana flavor (YUM!), and I promise you will love them!

I did sooooo many tests of this seemingly simple muffin. More banana. Less banana. Sour cream. No sour cream. Different liquids: milk, hot water, hot coffee... And guess what, so many different variations yielded fabulous results that I shared all of the details on the post, in case you need to make some ingredient swaps.

She's flexible, she's fab and we love her. Have fun with this one.
