New! My Latest Greatest Favorite Lemon Blueberry Scones! 🫐

Happy weekend Reader!

Tangy buttermilk mingles with heaps of bright lemon zest and bursts of fresh blueberries. These scones are simply too good.

You can use my favorite simple egg wash and some sugar (Demerara, sparkling or granulated) over the tops for classic scone vibes.

Or, you can amplify the lemon flavor with this sunny lemon glaze. Both ways are completely delicious.

I found myself eating an obscene amount of scones when testing this recipe. Like all of my scone recipes, these are a one-bowl recipe that's ready in an hour!

I can't wait to hear what you think!

Malted Chocolate Chip Cookies

Loaded with a delicious combination of flavors (brown butter, dark brown sugar, vanilla and malted milk powder), these cookies are the ultimate chocolate chip cookie experience!

Chewy Coffee Toffee Cookies

Picture the most perfect soft, double chocolate cookie base and then load it up with the flavor of espresso, crunchy milk chocolate-toffee candy bars and bits of melty chocolate puddles.

Bubbly Pizza Focaccia

Bubbly focaccia dough is covered with my favorite pizza sauce, some low-moisture mozzarella and finally spicy pepperoni. See recipe for overnight focaccia instructions.

Fluffy & Fabulous Focaccia

The most perfectly Bubbly Focaccia Recipe has same-day and overnight recipe instructions (you can also freeze this dough!). This airy and pillowy focaccia is topped with extra-virgin olive oil, fresh rosemary and flaky sea salt.

Sour Cream
Coffee Cake Muffins

The most delicious bakery-style muffins are topped with spiced streusel and have a cinnamon-brown sugar ribbon throughout.

Soft & Chewy
Peanut Butter Cookies

This one-bowl recipe yields PB cookies that are soft, chewy and basically the ideal bendy cookie texture (bonus: they're ready in 30 minutes!).

My Favorite
Egg Wash Recipe

This is my favorite egg wash recipe for scones, pastries and pies. All you need is cream and an egg yolk!

Blackberry-Lime
Streusel Muffins

Juicy blackberries and a heap of lime zest are the perfect combo in this moist, streusel muffin recipe.

Soft & Tender Raspberry
Cream Scones

Behold the best Fresh Raspberry Scone recipe! With an unbelievably moist and tender texture, they dazzle with juicy fresh raspberries, sunny lemon zest and a touch of warm cinnamon (YUM!). Perfect as is or mega fabulous with either a bright lemon glaze or this easy vanilla glaze.

Raspberry Lemon
Loaf Cake

This one-bowl Raspberry Lemon Loaf Cake is super easy (nothing fancy in the ingredient department) and LOADED with juicy raspberries and bright, fresh lemon flavor. It's the perfect snacking cake!

Hi Reader! I wanted to send this recipe out on a Wednesday so you'd have time to get your madeleine pans for this weekend (if you don't already have some!). If you’ve ever struggled to get that iconic "hump" on your Madeleines, I have the 4-step solution for you: A cold batter, a hot oven, chilled madeleine pan and an overnight rest (not in this order!). Why these are fab: The "Moisture Seal": Half are dipped in dark chocolate and half in a fresh strawberry glaze. The coating traps the...

Hi Reader! 'Tis the season for the most fabulous cake we could ever ask for! Picture this: a breezy, one-bowl chocolate cake made with Guinness (or any malted beer). The crumb is light and bouncy, and the flavor is rich and chocolaty. This 9-inch (23-cm) round cake is mixed and baked in just 45 minutes (!!). Top it with my favorite 5-minute chocolate malt frosting, and it’s the perfect treat for March. Honestly, I make this cake year-round because it’s the perfect celebration cake—or simply a...

Hi Reader! The perfect, not-too-sweet chocolate cupcake that is THE BEST vehicle for your favorite frostings and buttercreams. Why you’ll love these: One Bowl & A Whisk: No mixer required. You can have the batter ready before the oven finishes preheating. Oil-Based Magic: Because there’s no butter, these stay incredibly moist and light for days. The "Puffy Crown" Rise: These don't spill over the sides like a muffin; they rise straight up into a gorgeous, bakery-style crown that is just...
