Happy almost Cinco de Mayo! These are the perfect way to celebrate or just eat for any old reason, a really delicious cupcake!!

The very citrus-forward, bouncy cupcake base is covered in a margarita soak (this can be adapted for a booze-free version), then covered in the creamiest, dreamiest white chocolate buttercream.

Don't let the white chocolate buttercream throw you off, it is SUBLIME.

They can be jazzed up with a little lime slice and lime sugar or they're truly fab with just the frosting. Your call.
