β Happy Sunday Reader! Marshmallow + chocolate is another one of my favorite flavor combinations and these cookies deliver! Several years ago I started working on this cookie and I wasn't dazzled with how it was turning out and so I just dropped it. I picked it up recently, changed the cookie dough base and it worked PERFECTLY! This chocolate cookie dough bakes up gorgeous! Each piece of dough has 3 mini marshmallows nestled inside for the perfect gooey center. I tested this cookie dough resting in the fridge for 1 to 3 days, it worked great. You'll need to let it get closer to room temp before scooping as it gets quite hard when chilled. Here's the best part, you can freeze the cookie dough balls with the marshmallows inside. You'll just need to roll in granulated sugar prior to baking. I love this! This is a great cookie to gift and will ship like a dream. Leave any questions on the recipe page and I'll get back asap. Have a wonderful day!!

Hi Reader! This peanut butter cookie has a perfect soft, chewy texture that's loaded with flavors of vanilla, dark brown sugar and creamy peanut butter. They're perfect. I love them topped with dark chocolate kisses, but feel free to use milk chocolate. Whichever strikes your fancy. This one-bowl recipe is super quick and easy to throw together and takes just 10 minutes (!!). You can bake them straight away, but the real magic in this cookie dough comes when you give it an overnight...
Hi Reader! A fun twist on classic macaroons! This foolproof recipe whips up the most perfect coconut macaroons. We then dip them in rich, dark chocolate (to balance the sweetness!) and finish with a festive coating of finely crushed candy canes. The best part? The coconut macaroon base can be mixed and baked in under 45 minutes. They take no time at all. I've included a heap of expert tips for making perfect meringue (one of my favorite things to do!) and for melting chocolate so you get...
Hi Reader! This was a reader recipe request (hi Kelly!) and I had so much fun putting it together! This is a rich, chocolate cookie dough base that's loaded with cozy winter spices, molasses, cocoa powder, chocolate chips (or chunks) and three types of ginger: fresh ginger, ground ginger and candied ginger! ππΌππΌ This cookie dough is one bowl (so easy), under 30 minutes (so quick) and needs zero chill time (love to see it). Bonus, this is a great dough to freeze so you can make it now and bake...
