Hi Reader! I work with a really great tech company that makes sure my site is safe, fast, secure and they also give me overall website advice from time-to-time. They're amazing and I don't know what I'd do without them!! One thing they have been suggesting (for years) is for me to create some easy, no-bake recipes for the summer months. And I finally did it! Yay us! π These no-bake chocolate peanut butter bars are so easy and delicious, I don't even know what to say. The Details...The cookie bar base is a dreamy mix of peanut butter, butter, vanilla, confectioners' sugar (powdered sugar), brown sugar and finely ground graham cracker crumbs. Pro-Tip: You can easily swap out the graham crackers for vanilla wafers, Biscoff cookies or even pretzels (delicious). Everything gets mixed together, pressed into an 8x8-inch (20x20-cm) or 9x9-inch (23x23βcm) baking pan, and topped with a smooth layer of melted peanut butter and chocolate. That's it! No oven required.
I gave my parents some and they absolutely loved them; my dad has already requested another batch! I hope you'll give them a try!! In Other News... πIf you're looking for something savory to balance out the sweet, I also made this DELICIOUS salmon recipe recently and just had to share. I just bought more salmon to make it again tonight! I started reading this book and I'm loving it! What are you reading?! I'm always looking for suggestions... I hope your weekend is absolutely fabulous!

Hi Reader! That's my favorite strawberry jam recipe! ππΌ I made it over the weekend and added blackberries, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly and it is...perfection. I use finely chopped apples for natural pectin, add in some hibiscus tea (trust) for mega flavor and some lemon to brighten everything up. We'll use this smeared on toast for breakfast and in the evenings for summer cheese & charcuterie trays (my fav). I can't get enough of it paired with blueberry scones. It's truly the...
Hi Reader! Ten easy, one-bowl bakes that go from a quick mix in the kitchen to enjoying your weekend! Happy Fourth! S'mores Cookie Bars (one bowl!) πππππ"This is a SY Valley bake sale favorite and requested for me to bring back every single time I make them. Easy to make and store (if there are any left). Thanks for a great recipe." Melissa Granny Pete's Chocolate Cake with Marshmallow Frosting πππππ"This is my twelve year oldβs favorite cake!! Iβve probably made it 6 times since discovering...
Hi Reader! I'm really proud of this crumble! Yes, it's your basic berry crumble but with some added jazz hands.ππΌ Picture juicy, thick berries that are covered in a crunchy, buttery streusel topping that bakes into the most DELICIOUS and easy berry crumble. The topping elevates it a bit. We use my favorite streusel topping and then sprinkle sliced almonds and Demerara sugar (if you have it) over the top. The crunch on top contrasted with the bursting, juicy berries below...just perfection....
