This Toasted Macadamia Nut Chocolate Chip Cookie is all the things we're looking for in a cookie...and then some:

  • Crispy edges with a chewy, bendy center
  • Loaded with brown sugar (and just a touch of granulated sugar) for heaps of caramel and toffee flavors
  • Studded with crunchy, creamy macadamia nuts, chewy dried cherries and puddles of dark chocolate
  • Ready in 30 minutes (a no-rest dough!)
  • But also, a no-rest dough that can handle chill time (if you need it) and freezes like a dream
  • Mixer optional...say less
