β Hi Reader! A cake I created specifically for St. Patrick's Day, but find myself making year round because it's so dang delicious! It's a single layer chocolate cake that comes together in a pinch. If you don't want to use beer, you could replace the liquid 1:1 with strong coffee, water or milk, your call! While the cake cools, whip up this easy but oh-so-delish chocolate malt buttercream. This recipe is a favorite. I hope you love it as much as we do!

Hi Reader! β¨A quick recipe note: this pimento cheese version is a touch different than the one I sent out in the newsletter a few weeks back. I could make myself sick eating them." Stella replied, "That's the most American thing you've ever said." As a people, we love a good dip. I feel lucky enough to live in an area...
Hi Reader! Imagine sinking your teeth into a rich, chocolate cookie crust, topped with layers of smooth, creamy vanilla and strawberry ice cream. This Neapolitan dream doesn't stop there β it's crowned with decadent chocolate magic shell β¨, a generous pile of freshly whipped cream and a vibrant heap of fresh berries. It's the perfect make-head dessert with only a wee 10-minute bake in the oven for the crust. I love Neapolitan anything and I'm hoping you'll love this effortless, creamy...
Hi Reader! Before you panic that I'm requesting you do something (anything!) hot right now, give me a minute to explain myself. I've been making some version of this Strawberry Jam for forever! Let me give you some of its very strong selling points: It requires zero canning equipment Needs no pectin! Fruit naturally has pectin and the trio of strawberries, apple & lemon, coupled with the sugar, thickens it perfectly! Uses only four ingredients (five if you want jazz handsππΌ): 3 pints...
