My Favorite Effortless Summer Bake (that you can make tonight!)πŸ«πŸ“

Hi Reader!

I'm really proud of this crumble! Yes, it's your basic berry crumble but with some added jazz hands.πŸ‘‹πŸΌ

Picture juicy, thick berries that are covered in a crunchy, buttery streusel topping that bakes into the most DELICIOUS and easy berry crumble.

The topping elevates it a bit. We use my favorite streusel topping and then sprinkle sliced almonds and Demerara sugar (if you have it) over the top. The crunch on top contrasted with the bursting, juicy berries below...just perfection.

And my idea of the perfect summer dessert.

I absolutely love this with vanilla ice cream, so don't skip it.

You can use any berry combination (6 to 7 cups (900-1100 g)), but do not sleep on adding cherries. I know, not a berry but incredibly delicious in this.

You'll have this baby prepped (takes maybe 10-ish minutes) and baked (about 40 minutes until bronzed and bubbly) in under an hour.
