I hope you'll join me and let me know your thoughts...I love to chat with you! In other news...I'm having my fourth eye surgery (in 14 months π« ) next week. I've been working hard so that you'll get all of your newsletters and new recipes all month long while I'm recovering! I'll still be responding to comments/feedback (so keep 'em coming), but won't be able to recipe test/photograph for a bit. But in the meantime... I have some really fun recipes coming to you...a Herby Lemony Potato Focaccia that's so delicious with soup. This was inspired by the potato focaccia at Sea Wolf Bakers and you're going to love it! During that same trip to Seattle, my daughter's roommate (hi Jada!) wanted me to try the Toasted Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookie (also known as "The Cookie") from Metropolitan Market and it delivered. Thick, gooey and loaded with flavor and I can't wait for you to bake it. You also have an elevated version of the Starbuck's Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins coming your way. I've been working on that recipe for YEARS. I never quite loved how the cream cheese center turned out, but I finally nailed it. I'm in love with these muffins and they're SO MUCH BETTER than the store-bought version.π There are other things with apples and cinnamon and chai-inspired flavors and I'm just super excited to share them with you and I'm happy you're here (so thanks!)!
