β Good afternoon Reader! I am a muffin baker through and through. I feel about muffins the same way I do about scones...and cookies...and so many other delicious things we bake. When done right they're an effortless way to elevate your mornings whilst hopefully padding around the kitchen still in your pjs and fluffy socks. Last spring Stella took me to Cafe Solstice in Seattle and we ate the yummiest Blackberry Streusel Muffins. I'm talking A++. I promptly flew home and made these Raspberry Streusel Muffins that have been a year-round, rain-sleet-or-snow, favorite (much to my surprise because I thought they would be seasonal!). And guess what? That tells me you're muffin people too. I'm very into the blackberry-lime flavor combo right now, so no better time than right this instant (this week!) to share these Blackberry Streusel Muffins with you. They're everything we're looking for in a muffin:

Hi Reader! I am extremely fussy when it comes to scones. They have to be moist, flavorful and taste just as great the next day.
