β Hi Reader! One of my absolute favorite cookies that I want everyone to make this holiday season! This cookie first appeared in The Cookie Book in 2018, went to every book signing and it wins over even anti-molasses cookie people (they're out there π). The Pancake Princess did a Best Ginger Molasses Cookie Bake Off and these cookies won! ππ₯Ή You'll start off by making my favorite burnt sugar (aka hard caramel) and then fold the crushed caramel into the molasses cookie dough. The hard caramel adds more flavor, more texture and just takes this cookie to the next level. A quick note if you're still looking for gifts...Papier has a gorgeous recipe book and this beautiful stationary. Each one is customizable and will arrive before Christmas. I just ordered both as gifts! If you have any other gift ideas that you're looking for, reply to this email and I'll share some ideas. I love shopping and gifting!! One last note! Some of you have asked for recommendations on great cookies to ship. Drop cookies are great, I would avoid anything with jam or soft caramel... You can also check out last year's 12 Days of Cookies.
