Hi Reader! Hello, beautiful! This week I want to share a recipe that I'm always excited to bake: my favorite Lemon Raspberry Loaf. It's bright and little tangy from the lemon, it's laced with fresh raspberries and it tastes like someone bottled May sunshine and poured it into a loaf pan. It is the ultimate spring bake. Here's what I love about this cake: it's elegant enough to bring to a brunch but easy enough to make on a Tuesday night when you just need something beautiful in your life. No stand mixer required. No fuss. Just lemons, raspberries, butter and joy. The crumb is tender and plush, the raspberries get a little jammy in the oven, and there's a lemon glaze that you will want to pour on *everything*. Bake it stat. Send me a photo. I'll cheer so loud you'll hear me through the screen. In other raspberry news...don't sleep on these Bakery-Style Raspberry Muffins (that are a site favorite!) and these Raspberry Scones. Happy baking! ๐ธ

Hi Reader! This Toasted Macadamia Nut Chocolate Chip Cookie is all the things we're looking for in a cookie...and then some: Crispy edges with a chewy, bendy center Loaded with brown sugar (and just a touch of granulated sugar) for heaps of caramel and toffee flavors Studded with crunchy, creamy macadamia nuts, chewy dried cherries and puddles of dark chocolate Ready in 30 minutes (a no-rest dough!) But also, a no-rest dough that can handle chill time (if you need it) and freezes like a dream...
Hi Reader! Ten one-bowl bakes that go from a quick mix in the kitchen to satisfaction in no time...my favorite way to bake! Scroll down to see all of them! I made Lemon Blueberry Scones this past weekend, for Easter, and I can confirm they are fabulous! I didn't have any buttermilk and so I squeezed 2 tbsp (26 g) fresh lemon juice into a liquid measuring cup and then added 2% milk to 3/4 cup (180 g) total (milk + lemon juice) and it gave them even more lemon flavor! I highly recommend. ๐ Just...
