β Hi Reader! Last minute ideas for a delicious week ahead: Need some help? My favorite holiday how-to recipes: graham cracker crust, whipped cream (including a make-ahead version), the best meringue, perfect egg wash, caramel sauce, cream cheese glaze and the perfect vanilla glaze that gives jazz hands to, well, everything! You can find all how-to recipes here. The holiday classics that are on my table every year: my favorite salted caramel pumpkin cheesecake, cranberry tarts, easy cheesy dinner rolls, five-spice cranberries (they're a side! they're an appetizer! they're a cocktail!) and salted honey pear crostata. If you're serving breakfast to a crowd (or just want something delicious) this week: classic sour cream coffee cake (there's also a cranberry version), light & bouncy apple cinnamon muffins, the best pumpkin muffins (I promise!), fluffy pumpkin pancakes, pumpkin scones, sour cream coffee cake muffins, homemade sourdough bagels, overnight yeasted waffles...I could go on...but I'll just link all of the breakfast & brunch recipes here! Hi Reader! This cookie was, no joke, the sleeper hit of holiday cookie recipe testing. EVERYONE, loved this cookie! These cranberry orange sugar cookies taste like the marriage between the texture of a snickerdoodle (pillowy!) and the flavor of a sugar cookie (butter rich! delicious!). All of that great texture and flavor is then layered with orange zest, fresh orange juice and plump tart dried cranberries. Just yum. Period.
