β Happy cookie baking Reader! Why You Should Make These Cookies STAT!
I realized in my quest for making brown butter chocolate chip cookies, olive oil chocolate chip cookies, salted caramel chocolate chip cookies or any of the dozens of chocolate chip cookie recipes I've developed, that I didn't have a Classic, Everyday, Mega Chewy, Minimal-Fuss Chocolate Chip Cookie and so here we are! This cookie was inspired by my Mega Vanilla Chocolate Chip Cookies because I love them so much! They are, however, a small batch recipe, and I wanted a larger batch of classic cookies. This recipe needed a few tweaks (not all recipes double perfectly) and after six tests, I love the results. They're perfect and I hope you love them!
