The Best Everyday Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Why You Should Make These Cookies STAT!

  1. They have the ultimate chocolate chip cookie texture: soft and chewy centers with slightly crisp edges
  2. These chewy cookies use only *one bowl*
  3. Loaded with flavor: rich brown sugar (you can use light or dark) and a heap of pure vanilla extract (I know it seems like a lot, but trust me!)
  4. We use just 10 ingredients (this is not including the optional, but necessary imo, sea salt flakes over the tops)
  5. These delicious chocolate chip cookies are mixed and baked in under 30 minutes
  6. This cookie recipe is mixer optional (yay)! You can use a large bowl and rubber spatula or an electric stand mixer or handheld mixer, your choice
  7. This cookie dough needs zero fridge time!

I realized in my quest for making brown butter chocolate chip cookies, olive oil chocolate chip cookies, salted caramel chocolate chip cookies or any of the dozens of chocolate chip cookie recipes I've developed, that I didn't have a Classic, Everyday, Mega Chewy, Minimal-Fuss Chocolate Chip Cookie and so here we are!

This cookie was inspired by my Mega Vanilla Chocolate Chip Cookies because I love them so much! They are, however, a small batch recipe, and I wanted a larger batch of classic cookies.

This recipe needed a few tweaks (not all recipes double perfectly) and after six tests, I love the results. They're perfect and I hope you love them!
